Steven posted this all by himself. For all interested, the translation is below...

When I was at school today, Jane Kurtz came to school and she talked about herself and she talked about animals. And, at the Camp Hulsing assembly, the fifth graders sang a sing and it went like this: "I'm bringing home a baby bumblebee. Won't my mommy be so pround of me. Cause I'm bring home a baby bumblebee. Ow, it stung me! I'm bringing home a baby rattle snake. Won't my mommy shiver and shake. Cause I'm bringing home a baby rattle snake. Ow, it bite me! I'm bringing home a baby dinosaur. Won't my mommy fall right through the floor. Cause I'm bringing home a baby dinosaur. Ow, it ate me!

Steven posted this one all by himself and then came and told us he was done blogging today.

Here's my best guess at a word for word-

When I was at school today, Jean Kurtz came to school and she talked about herself and she talked about animals. And at Camp Hulsing, the first graders sang a song and it went like this- "I'm bringing home a baby bumble bee, won't my mommy be so proud of me... 'cause I'm bringing a baby bumble bee--

-- ouch! it stings me-- I'm bringing home a baby rattle snake, won't my mommy shiver and shake? 'cause I'm bringing home a baby rattle snake- ouch! it bit me! I'm bringing home a baby dinosaur, won't my mommy fall right to the floor? 'cause I'm bringing home a baby dinosaur- ouch! it bit me!"

The depth of this post is probably lost on most of you.

Stevie:

I don't want to say anything to you, I just want to play computer games.

I just gave my dad a glass of water to make his heart get cooler, because his tummy hurts.

I can't wait for Sanibel, because it's already summer there.

Can I please play computer games now?
